Should be. Will he? No. He's protected under the cloak of our president. He does the dirty work, and he's only going down if the president is in danger of going down.
You need a third option. I chose neither, at least not while Obama sits at the helm, unless as stipulated below.

I suspect, if this is true, he has a lot more on his mind than just shopping for judges who would approve his handlers head hunt. My guy tells me this guy has enough to send the village idiot to prison.
Watch an individual when questioned. If they look down or touch their face when answering, or the repeat the question before answering, they are lying thru their teeth.
He's doing far better that McConnell, Boehner, Cantor, Ryan, and all the other Congressional Republicans.
No, I think you have your guys mixed up. Holder is not a member of congress, he's the Attorney General. But I see your mistake, because, often, he sits in front of congress and lies to them.
Yeah of course he is doing a excellent job, at lying, being deceitful, and not being forthcoming with the american people. Yes at this he is excellent and marvelous.
Infact i was working so not paying attention, but some new information came out with the IRS scandal, but i do not know what it is. Has to do with that lying Chick, who like the rest of the lying pack, has done nothing wrong.
Notice how in this administration, no one knows a damn thing when they are caught, but willing and able when it is positive. Holder looks shifty acts shifty, and i don't trust a thing that comes out of his lying mouth. Whatever was being said about the IRS scandal had to do with Washington, but still don't know the whole story.
