"Urban" and "tough" are code words for "black." No one that I know of would ever presume the toughest school in America to be a bastion if whiteness. And they would be right. The single parent welfare society that pervades in the black community is an absolute disgrace. None of us should be surprised that this is the offspring that are spawned from this wayward community.

Repubs are the ones that want spending cuts to non-defense programs including education.

it is terrible that kids who actually want to learn are terrorized by kids who should quite obviously be in some sort of disciplinary program. you can see the lack of parental concern in many aspects of the video; the parents who don't show up for conferences or the tattoos all over the children at the school. but do not mistake this for a black problem. this is a problem for those who are already there. my kids do not have this problem like millions of other black kids. the people in this story are poor and powerless, that is the difference.

Poverty isn't the issue because Hispanics are poorer and don't face these problems.
Rahm Emanuel, Marxist Americas right hand man, has just shut down over 50 schools, all black dominated. The biggest school closing in history.
Even the leftist agree that black schools and black children are unteachable.
