Non-citizen includes those who are undocumented as well as those in the US on visas/ green cards.

NOT TO GET INTO A DEBATE ON GUNS BUT I was wondering this in regard to Alex Jones accusing Piers Morgan of having no right to speak on gun control and the 2nd Amendment when Piers is only a resident not a citizen.

As British, Piers Morgan has not right to talk about gun control as it was the British who wanted to ban guns which in turn created USA.

Would anybody in their right mind ever think of buying a used car from a dude named Piers?

Piers Morgan like anyone else indeed has the right to speak about gun control or any other issue upon which they care to offer an opinion.

100% of all US laws apply to non-citizens while they are on US soil. This includes tourists.

Any person within the United States regardless of citizenship enjoys the protection of the U.S constitution.

As a permanent resident, Piers Morgan may purchase firearms.

In the US, the laws that apply to you, also apply to me. Same as when you're in a different country.

All persons while in the US are under the jurisdiction of the US Constitution and US laws. They are protected by constitutional rights, but not all rights pertain to all persons. Some rights are reserved for citizens only[like the right to vote]. Most rights that pertain to all persons are usually protective rights.

Since Mr. Morgan has a Televison "talk" show host, he can ask any question he wishes. He is protected by the first amendment. It would be no different if Mr. Jones would like to discuss "Syria"...He can do so, yet all the while, not being a citizen of Syria.

The entire Bill of Rights applies to all present on US soil. There is nothing in the Constitution that says only citizens can enjoy the Bill of Rights. That includes illegal aliens, my dear RWNJ friends.
