What distortion is going on here? MSNBC clearly mislabeled Wallace, he did run as a Democrat, not a Republican...but then went on to start a right wing party that was founded on racism. That is all fact, you can even look it up if you want.

More school...

Media bias: can they still deny it?
It says that by not agreeing to use words republicans have framed(instead of its actual name), it makes the papers and media bias. That in and of itself is bias. #FAIL

You know you're a right-winger when you can't tell the difference between political parties and ideologies.

Wallace made Reagan look like a flat-out Liberal. He would be a GOP poster child in today's political climate.

Also being a southern democrat does not mean he was left wing.
You have a poor understanding of what a Southern Democrat was pre-1980.

I suggest you go back to school (use google) and learn what that means.

Wallace, like David Duke, was someone both parties abhored. They would abhor him now, too. Racists of this magnitude operate solely on the wacko fringes. Always have, always will. As Joe Scarborough so aptly stated in 2012 before the election, "Crazies never win".

LOOK IT UP.

PERIOD.

Here... I'll help you - wanna go to school? I'll take you there ---->

MSNBC & Chris Hayes label segregationist Democrat George Wallace a Republican
Well, Sen Richard Shelby (current senator from Alabama) is a Republican.

However, he started out as a Democratic senator and later switched to the Republican party.

He was a SOUTHERN DEMOCRAT.

Cut from the cloth that denied African Americans their rights because he was A DEMOCRAT! google Robert Byrd!

And after 8 years he switched to the Republican party. But was in the Democratic party for 31 years before making that switch.

He was a SOUTHERN DEMOCRAT.

How did Reagan look like a flat out liberal next to Wallace?

You should instead go back to the era when the Wallace Democrat became what you describe as a "republican".

here's a hint.. look for Johnson/Kennedy.... and the pandering for the democrats toward the "black" community began.

Amazing that anybody would equate republican with "racist Wallace"

Shocking in my opinion.

The political racial attacks are being coordinated between the Democratic Party and the mainstream media. You, urbanlife just moan and cry because you're black.

KKK was started by the Democrat party. History isn't taught anymore in school so kids don't know. Even when it is taught it is revised to suit the teacher's politics. Sad.
