What incredible hubris.

Dozens of lawmakers and aides are so afraid that their health insurance premiums will skyrocket next year thanks to Obamacare that they are thinking about retiring early or just quitting.....................

................Rep. John Larson, a Connecticut Democrat in leadership when the law passed, said he thinks the problem will be resolved.
“If not, I think we should begin an immediate amicus brief to say, ‘Listen this is simply not fair to these employees,’” Larson told POLITICO. “They are federal employees.”

The lawmakers should be subjected to Obamacare. They were the people who thought it was a good idea. And if they were in office during the vote they shouldn't be grandfathered out of it. Grandfathering is supposed to protect people who could not have known or prevented the changing of an established practice. Doesn't count if you are the one responsible for the change.

If we Peons must live with Obamacare, everyone should. His biggest supporters (Unions) are screaming the loudest.

We are all and should be equally screwed.

will not happen. congress will not use obamacare. It is for us folks. The common man. They laugh at us, while we argue with eachother. they are united in making us believe there is a difference between them. The whole left/right wing is a creation of those on the top. They are not divided behind the scenes.

Hmm. Lawmakers in Washington D.C. leaving. Sounds like an unintended benefit of Obamacare.

They're not stupid. They know it's a bad deal just like the unions do.
They wanted it for everyone else, not them.
They are special. They work for the government.

The same should apply to those of us who were not around to debate or vote on the merits of Social Security or the federal income tax.

correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't Obamacare treat congressional staffers more harshy than everyone else in America who is on an existing plan?

I mean, I don't think my employer is being forced to offer me an exchange-approved plan by the end of the year. Is yours?
