As far as I can tell, the only people taking a hit on their credibility are those behind the "Mr. Conservative" blog - and, of course, those posting without reading the thread.
The point still remains. Once his contrarian opinions were discovered, the school acted to change the format so as to discourage his involvement. You can try to obscure this tiny little tidbit of truth if you want, but it does not change the underlying point that this school was not interested in hearing from a black conservative critic of Barack Obama.

I give them credit for reconsidering their opinion. It's something many are unwilling to do. They realized after contemplation that they react badly and fixed that.
Good for them. Making mistakes is something everyone will do. The problem is when you dig in your heels even after realizing you made a mistake. The college did not do that.

Yes i agree with you, and some people can't and won't handle the damn truth.
Just say the truth already, most of us know the truth by now knowing this President and his whack job administration.
Obama expects not a single person to disagree with him, or his policies. It has been a known fact, nothing new here, move on, that this President attacks with vengenace, those who talk against him, or are against his policies, or seek the truth in matters of importance, Say no Your fooling no one but yourself. The trouble too many people can't admit the damn truth still when it comes to someone you voted for a seccond time, go round, already in the toilet.
1. This article is a joke. So Morehouse making a decision = Obama not believing in free speech?
2. The article was posted over a month ago; the graduation has since happened and the Pastor did speak there. Why is the OP sharing this out of date information today?
3. Why do conservative articles typically focus on the race of the person rather than the comments the person is making? I thought focusing on race was a liberal thing?
4. The Pastor's main problem with Obama seems to be that he isn't doing anything to specifically help black people...so the conservative news outlet is saying that Obama SHOULD do more to help black people? That he SHOULD be the black people's President?

What makes you think Rev. Johnson is a black conservative? Everything I have read would lead me to believe otherwise.

Headline: "School bans Black Pastor from speaking"
Reality: Black Pastor bloody well spoke.
You: "The point still remains."
See, this is so wrong, and this college should be called on for this, this is so wrong!!!
The only thing "wrong" is a rambling paranoid piece by someone called "Mr. Conservative" who typically complains about how the fringe right-wing is so abused. Easy to dish it out over decades, but not so easy to take eh?
From the article: "But when Johnson wrote an editorial criticizing Obama for failing the African American community, Morehouse College immediately disinvited him".
Just a statement of "fact" good enough to be "proof" to the undiscerning. Nowhere is it shown that Johnson was blackballed just because of criticizing Obama. Like Fox "News", just make any wild statement and it becomes absolute truth to its undemanding disciples.
Their message may have been okay, but their timing was really, really, bad.
