Bingo, I have no interest in seeing rebel groups having shootouts in our streets and turning our cities, suburbs, and rural land into warzones.

If you feel we need a revolution, then why are you waiting around for someone else to do it for you? Be your own leader.
How do you know who is doing and not doing what?

The Declaration was written, debated, and signed just two miles from my house.

In fact I walked past Independence Hall today.

I love being surrounded by history. I get goosebumps when I walk down actual streets and lanes that Ben Franklin, Betsy Ross, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and all the others strolled on.

That was something amazing about visiting Philly and actually seeing so much of our American History, it is much like growing up down the road from Williamsburg, VA.

So when is this "revolution" you speak of gonna start? Or do you consider posting on City-Data your "revolution" against the country?

Who knows? Would you say it started in 2008? Isn't revolution supposed to bring CHANGE?

Ever though you are in the middle of it? Or did you expect some minutemen to roll up with a howitzer in front of your house? Ever thought that the change IS happening...and maybe not in the way you imagined it would?

You just "Keep enjoying your life" with all the things that were meant to divert you from being plugged in. If you aren't worried about anything...then why antagonize?

You mean like wasting time posting on a forum site on the internet?

The "change" thing was all about pushing out the Republicans who had been in control of the country previous decade. You can thank Bush for that need for change.

And this statement proves that YOU are not part of the "some" referenced in the above...

So tell me, what are you doing in this "revolution" you seem to think we are in?
