What do people think will be President Obama's legacy. I think the affordable health care act and the repeal of do not ask do not tell will be his legacy. In my opinion He did not really do anything for the economy as it is being propped up by Bernanke and the federal reserve. There really is not much time for him to do anything else.

Obamacare. In a twist of irony for the Republicans who invented it to assail him, the name will live on for many, many years as the program becomes as popular and as well-recognized as Medicare. Can you imagine it being JohnsonCare?

IMO he will be remembered as a lame duck president. The ACA is a nightmare and subject to Congressional funding so we may not have it past 2020. Repealing don't ask don't tell was good, but the overturning of DOMA has larger implications.
There wasn't much he could do about the economy with the Congress that he has though.

THAT legacy was already taken by the time Obama was elected

Above I posted a pic of the "empty chair".
Sorry, I did not take note that it was "hotlinked".
Now I know what to look out for as I didn't know what "hotlinking" was.

Here it is without a link (nothing happens when you click on it);

He could have done things that make sense or actually DO something for them to approve that would help jobs or the economy. He simply didn't. All he wants to do is point fingers.

Spent gobs of money for no return.

Overhauled health care and made it worse.

Took numerous vacations on the taxpayers dime.
