It looks like Amanda Knox will be retried in Italy for murder... Snowden has not been convicted of a crime yet but the US would like to try him for treason... The US demanded extradition of Snowden... do you think the US will go get Amanda Knox and deliver her to Italy for trial?
has the italian government requested extradition for amanda knox? has she had an extradition hearing? until the italians request extradition for trial, nothing will happen with amanda knox as far as the government is concerned. as for snowden, true he has not been convicted of a crime, but he has been accused of a crime, and he has admitted to doing the things that he has bee accused of. yes we want him he for a trial. sweden has demanded extradition for wikileaks founder, yet he is holed up in the ecuadoran embassy in london, and he hasnt been convicted of a crime. accusations happen all the time, and extradition requests happen all the time, they are part of the world legal system. hearings are held to determine of extradition is warranted or not.
