Hispanic is not a race, it is a regional identifier. All it means is that you are from a country that speaks Spanish or has Spanish culture. A black person from the Dominican Republic is Hispanic.

this will pick up national steam.

i am concerned that this judge is so close to the murderer and that the country club narrative may come into play. judge should have recused himself.

No it won't. He'll be found guilty and that'll be that.

And if it does, it can only mean one thing - people have way too much free time on their hands.

Of course that won't stop a bunch of nutbags on the left pinning this guy as a right wing hero (note that in this thread, every conservative has said that he is guilty as sin).
