No, not numerous but a couple and he was never found guilty was he? TM had several run ins at school that if reported to the police could have given him a record. The school decided not to do anything or that is my understanding.

I don't have a crystal ball. But keep in mind that, according to Zimmerman, Trayvon ASSAULTED him. If you gave the gun to an assaulter, who knows if Zimmerman, the friendly neighborhood watchman, would be alive today.

Makes you wonder why the photos of a hand holding a gun was not examinded closely to determine if that was TM's hand. Sure 'the scream' was questinable but not a picture of a hand.
Average gang member is 15 years old and most probably carry guns. Why doesn't TS question why the they carry guns and why most black men are killed by black men?
Apparently TS endorses children to illegally carry guns and wonders why the NRA doesn't agree with him.
This is an excellent point from Smiley. After Newton, Wayne LaPierre and the NRA came out blaming the school, the teachers, and pretty much everyone else for not being armed as the reason for the shooting.
Now with the Martin case, they have been completely silent. Why haven't they come out to say it's Martin's fault for not being armed? Could it be because he's black?

The NRA doesn't usually advocate that those casing joints carry guns. It seems that Smiley has gone 'round-the-bend.

So it's a-ok that one person (the gun holder) is alive and the unarmed person is dead.
The only testimony we have is the testimony of the person who killed the other party.
