I don't know but this seems to be in violation of the 5th and 14th Amendments. Maybe also the 4th?
Also, according to Ronnie Walters v. Carl Wolf, the weapon needs to be returned to Zimmerman. Eeehhhh someone on the comments section also mentioned that court case lol.
But since this administration seems to think they are above the law and the Constitution is obsolete...
Kel-Tecs are cheap. A pf9 (the gun he owns) is well under $300. He can pick up another one whenever he wants, if he wants to, or he can get something else.
I carry a Kel-Tec sometimes, although I haven't carried it since I picked up a Ruger LCP.
