Kennedy choses words that cool things down......note that this was the killing of Martin Luther King not a black teenager.

This guy sows more division

Thanks, some have forgotten that or don't know how to recognize the right way a Leader should go.

Kennedy sure did say it right, speaking to all the people - and it came from the heart. The lose of MLK was one of the most painful times for all Americans, and history itself.

I am so discouraged by the alarming state of our nation. Even our President stirs the pot of racial division. God forgive us for turning our backs on You, and please help us not to destroy ourselves through hatred.

We're already a divided nation. We've been like this for years. Events like this just illuminate how divided we are.

Are you kidding me? Where you in 1968?

I could see the orange sky at night as the city burned...Did you?

To compare the urgency and need of RFK to ask for clam after the assination of MLK in the context of ongoing civil rights demonstrations in this nation...with Obama's thoughts on the tragic shooting of a black teen in Florida is laughable.

There were ongoing civil rights demonstrations and marches since the march on Washington in 1963...

You have no connection to historical reality.

Zimmerman "appologist" sure have a penchant for the good old days when Negroes knew their place. First it was Booker T. in 1911 and now the 60's? There in lies the problem.

I'm no big Robbie K fan...but he understood leadership far better than the divisive, race baiting idiot currently occupying the big white house.

A leader tries to bring the nation together, not further divide it.
A leader aims to lead all the people, not pit various groups against each other.
