Eight horses — including one just a week old and another on the verge of giving birth — died in an Ohio barn fire that authorities may investigate as a hate crime, according to a local newspaper.
Ohio resident Brent Whitehouse awoke just before midnight on Easter Sunday to check on Love, his pregnant quaterhorse, only to find a harrowing scene: his barn — which housed seven adult horses and one foal — was glowing orange, the Zanesville Times Recorder reported.
For a barn fire so hot that it "melted a tractor," those walls sure are pretty red and those spray painted words sure are crisp and clean. Not to mention conveniently well-placed outside of the burn zone. I hope investigators are as curious as I am about the truth behind this fire.

Just sayin.
And those blacks lynched in photos were just playing, it was all in good fun and the citizens councils were just trying to help the blacks get ahead. LOL really?
Anyway, let's hope the perpetrators of this disgusting crime rot in prison for a few decades. They do not deserve to be walking the streets.
Also partially responsible for hate crimes such as this are the anti-gay right-wingers who spread all the disgusting, hateful rhetoric of gays being "abnormal", "abominations", "perverts", "nasty", etc... many of said class of people can be found on this very forum.

Looks like a burned barn to me. I am no surprised theat the lower outside walls were not burned. They tend to be cooled by outside air rushing to the center of the fire.
The perpetrator need to be found, tried and hanged.
The horses are said to be valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, but Whitehouse says he's more hurt by the loss of his beloved creatures.
Why would someone have livestock worth this much housed in a barn with no sprinkler system, no fire alarm ?
