I did not shoot this video. I am re-posting here so that more people can easily view it. This was a disgusting incident in Eugene, Oregon, on August 4, 2013. The police department was helping Department of Human Services take this child from his mother because a former boyfriend had somehow obtained custody. The child was backhanded by the police officer for biting.
Granted, the kid was an animal and the mother was probably a crack ***** but come on.
Was the kid a vet? I can only be moved to care about these cop abuse cases unless the alleged victim is a vet, or as I like to call them, "The closest beings to the Christ walking among us."

NOW, people know what teachers go through and other public servants...that's total BS. He bit the officer, the parents should have explained to the child what was going on and he really didn't hit the kid that hard. I am so tired of people in this damn country thinking that kids are so innocent and I guess that they can just beat up adults and nothing happens, well i am glad that stuff like this happens because these kids need to know their place. /rant
Random Thoughts:
1. Why can't these people afford clothes?
2. I couldn't stop laughing at the guy in the background, how many times did you laugh?
3. Wait, they were passing out food and socks, but they can't afford clothes?
4. They reminded me of the poor people in oblivion lol
Cop handled that better than I would. Obnoxious brat #1 and older, bigger obnoxious brat #2 who tried to block the way would have been carried, upside down, to the patrol car and then the radio would have been tuned into classical music on the local public radio channel for the next hour at an alarmingly high volume.
