A 'victim of society' is a person or member of a group that is victimized, held down, oppressed by structural or institutional racism, a racist legal and educational system, psychological attacks like driving or walking while black, etc.

If you haven't heard JJ or Sharpton or many, many others discuss these kinds of 'victimization', you haven't listened.
