The guy clearly has issues, or is parodying someone with issues quite well. Or maybe he's into this barefoot running fad that did the rounds a year or so ago. I'm still undecided whether or not this is all some elaborate joke.
Why do I have the feeling that if i watch this it will just be a waste of time?
