They'll go online and fix it later like Microsoft does with their OS releases

They had 4 years to get this thing designed, planned, coded and tested.
They waited.

I spent five years of my career auditing the software development operations of hundreds of companies, including many Fortune 500 companies. Being behind schedule in May and catching up by July, as was reported to be the case here, is not unusual.

Ha ha.

The welfare crowd has been big into identity theft to hijack tax return money as it is. This should give them a good source of data.
