They are both horrendous and inhumane acts which is why there are animal right activists and agencies that assist people in having their pets neutered/spayed to avoid unwanted and deserted pets, but don't you see the obvious nuances of why this is totally off the charts nuts in its own right?
It has ALL to do with influencing and inspiring nutjobs and weak minded folks into doing really screwed up and ludicrous things.
