Perhaps you still haven't learned (and I say this respectfully) that it doesn't matter whether you vote for the approved Republican nominee or the approved Democratic nominee. They wouldn't have made it to that level if the ultimate powers-that-be didn't want them there. Ask yourself why the country keeps moving in the same general direction no matter which color the administration is.

If it wasn't for the GOP asshats, that patriot act never would have been created in the first place.

The GOP hates freedom and thinks a huge government police state is the answer to everything.
