I voted no, but with this lawless administration any yes votes are totally understandable.

The scary thing is, these mindless Obamabots like Granholm and sometimes Obama himself justify it simply because Obama is in office.

Granholm says that you can't trust what is going on with drones if Bush was doing it, but since Obama is doing it, you can trust it. This week Obama said as an outsider he distrusts the very programs he expanded, but being on the inside means he can trust it. Do these clowns not realize that there is now a precedent set for future presidents to run amok?

Not the entire act but start requiring the same no searches unless backed by probable cause ;not get info then issue warrants based on reasonable suspicion. Go by the same standards set by supreme court rulings in other cases within US territory. There is a reason we do not allow CIA to operate I US but have FBI who is law enforcement to operate here on such matters. They should object themselves to using such searches in violation of supreme courts rulings on searches;IMO and certainly the Justice Dept should sue based on that.

Cant be done and naive to believe so. No branch of government or agency can be trusted to restrian itself when they are all working in unison as we have already seen.

Its just as naive to think the same hoods will repeal it. Oh they'll talk of reform, but in the process make it an even bigger intrusion into our rights.

It should have never even passed the first time around. Classic example of knee jerk legislation accepted with open arms by the American people at their most vulnerable state.

Needs to be repealed. The traitors who voted YES should have been impeached. All of them.

So far, about 88% want it gone, question is why do we still have it.

Why would those in power willingly give up some power? There's your answer.
