I keep wondering when people will start realizing that citizens pick their home states...states don't pick citizens. Everyone wants to think that their state is unique...it's s load of self aggrandizing bull. All kinds of people can be found in every state.
And the "blame Californians" nonsense is irksome. I'm tired of hearing it. It's become a Western State cop out...especially up in Big Sky country.

So your fantasy about able bodied people spending their lives on welfare is not be factually true, because Welfare which was renamed TANF in 1996 put a five year max lifetime limit on receiving welfare.
