RNC votes to block CNN, NBC from covering GOP primary debates - latimes.com

The Republican National Committee made good Friday on its threat to block CNN and NBC from hosting the 2016 Republican primary debates.

According to the Associated Press, the RNC voted unanimously at its summer meeting in Boston to block the two networks over their plans to air projects about former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Well NBCs ratings are tanking so no loss there. I'm sure the GOP will do fine with ABC, CBS and Fox. Thanks for your concern libs.

The debates should go on as they have for the past half dozen elections, and if the GOP doesn't want to send a candidate that's their affair.

No tough questions please: RNC blocks CNN, NBC from GOP primary debates

The usual Friday Fib from the leftist fanatics.

The RNC has blocked nothing.

They've announced they're considering changing the debates if CNN and NBC run the extended-Hillary-campaign-commercials they are planning.

But knowing the RNC, they'll probably cave as usual and go back to the Democrats on their knees, begging forgiveness and cooperation as they always have.

Looking at the current field, it appears as if it's ultimately in the GOP's best interest to have as few people as possible watch the debate. So - shrewd move.

But they aren't similarly concerned if Fox runs the Clinton specials.

Like the OP said, the GOP is basically, saying, "No tough questions please." They realize that there's no way to spin their egoistic greed where they cannot control the questions or the way the answers are presented.

Their spokesman even tweeted about it.

The usual Friday deflection from embarrassed Cons.

They should have cut out CNN after Candy Crowley conspired to cover up for Obama in the debate.
