Black people can't use powdered cocaine?

White crack dealers don't go to prison?

Race is not behavior and the consequences of bad behavior are not reserved for one race.

That is exactly the problem. Crack is punished 10x more harshly than similar cocaine offenses. The war on drugs is battled explicitly in minority communities. It is a BS war. Read the New Jim Crow and you will have a wild.y different perspective.

Whites are more likely to use the powder form of cocaine which is a purer form and is snorted or used intervenously and is more expensive. Crack which is cheaper and is cut with baking soda or some other cheap additive that burns, which is smoked and is sold more by minorities in urban city areas.

Now, since the only difference between the two is the cost, how it is ingested and what is added to it, why are the mandatory sentencing for crack 5-10 time harsher then powder cocaine?

Please provide proof of this made up fact. So if you are a blond haired blue eyed person and someone decided that they are more likely to molest children, you would not have a probelm with every blond blue eyed person being harrassed everytime that they went near a playground? It seems that that the only people that do not mind racial profiling are the same ones that it never happens to

as far as war on drugs, we all know its a federal fund to put more people on the government payroll. if they actual won the war we would have to lay off cops. can't have that

So, if you realize this you are basically agreeing that blacks should be the ones in jails rather they did anything or not?

as far as drug users, don't have no use for them, lock them up for life, even the saturday night wacky weed smoker
What about your neighbor the alcoholic and your cousin the prescription pill popper? You just admitted to what the government is doing, but yet you are onboard with it anyway

You really have to ask why throwing someone in jail for getting high on crack is unjust???

Seriously.
Crack is as bad IMHO as meth. Anybody who uses that junk needs to be locked up IMHO.

Dr King and his pals were WILLING to go to jail for breaking the Jim Crow laws; would YOU be willing to face jail for using crack or meth by smoking it in front of a cop?

Uh OTOH: Black people need to stop crying "racism" when a hood rat does something stupid and gets busted. If a white tweaker meth head gets busted; I laugh and say "bravo" and I'm def "white", I certainly DON'T scream racism when the cops do their job.

When I stumbled upon this quote, I wasn't surprised that anyone would make a statement like this because it seems to be another way for people to bash black men, without looking at the reasons these black men are commiting crimes that obviously lable them as crimminals. I haven't read this book, but from this quote alone can one resonably agree or disagree with this quote and back it up with facts?
The bottom line is that crime is tied to poverty, education and family status. (ie. unwed moms)

There is no statistical indication that pigmentation of ones skin plays a part.
