Solid B. He's done about as well as can be expected with an obstructionist GOP holding the House. Would have liked to see him come out and battle harder against the GOP's attempt to make scandals out of nothing though.
Thank God there was a sliver of opposition, otherwise we'd be in a total flunk! Or is it Flush?
The first 2 years of unopposed run-a-muck governance gave us the Unaffordable Healthcare Act, and "we must pass this bill to know what's in it" law making.
But higher than I'd give Congress, on either side of the aisle.
I hear this complaint about Congress from a lot of Americans. The weird thing is that the incumbents, by and large, keep getting re-elected. Here's a tip. If you want Congress to change, then vote the current idiots out!

I can't believe people aren't revolting in the streets over that bold part.
You have to grade Obama within the context of what he can do that is politically feasible. He isn't a dictator who can do whatever it is he really wants to do; Congress and the Courts are also involved with the state of our nation's economy and the health of our nation. A good portion of the country is filled with Tea Party 'Tards which makes it difficult to do certain things (like replace our broken quasi-free market health care system with real socialized medicine).
Overall, I give Obama a C grade.
I'm not a big fan of Obama, but the alternatives to him could have been much worse.
