We have this talk everyday on this forum regarding blacks and rap.
Yet we never have this talk about whites and there people like Miley Cyrus parading around naked during the VMAs.
Or Madonna with a full on gold grill in her mouth, and the destructive and suggestive lyrics that soak into the heads of there white teen audiences.
You don't think whites like her have anything to do with the continual erosion of white families?
In 1965 there were 3.1 percent out of wedlock births for whites, that has jumped up to 30 percent.
So for all this focus on blacks and out of wedlock births, we have to shine the spotlight equally on this epidemic in white communities as well.
miley cyrus is a disgrace to everyone everywhere. anyone of any race should be disgusted by that performance not just white people. This is the guaranteed path our country is going to take with less and less religion.
The OP and many others seem to have forgotten the past many decades when many parts of "white" pop culture have been demonized as eroding families and values (specifically hard rock/heavy metal). Remember Tipper Gore vs. heavy metal? Marilyn Manson? So no, they are not just picking on rap music and black culture. It is all forms of art and media that they don't deem morally appropriate, which is and always has been such a load of crap.

Nobody has a problem with cultural problems and out of wedlock births in general? I could have sworn I see people ranting about both of the above on a daily basis. How about you go and run a search for "single mothers".
It comes up with black folks more often because these same problems are more pronounced by orders of magnitude.
It seems like white people want to always blame black people for their issues. There are places in the U.S.A where you rarely see a face of color and people still want to blame black people for everything. Blacks are about 13% of the population...roughly 36million people. There are about 179million whites but yet blacks are still blamed for white's issues.
The next thing is that whites obviously don't feel that the OOW birthrate of 30% is that bad because the first thing they do is point out that blacks have more OOW births. Talk about deflection. They can't address their issues because they are too busy blaming black people and black music.
White people have been adapting and modifying black music since antebellum times. The banjo which is now thought of as a white hill-billy instrument was invented by African slaves. Whites made a mockery of banjo playing and they invented the minstrel show.
This is what is going on with hip-hop music. Blacks created it and once again whites are adapting it and making a nice buck off of it to. It's so funny because when I was growing up songs like I like big butts by Sir Mix-alot...It takes two by DJ Rob Bass...anything by Run DMC (pre-walk this way with Areosmith) were considered vulgar and unfit for white radio...now? They are commercials. Andre 3000s Hey Ya is a freaking Target commercial!
Please, the blame the black people for everything wrong with black and white people has been going on for centuries.
