I agree. The morals in this country have gone out the window. Children copy the trash they see in movies and hear in songs. This ignorance is colorblind. Liberals are okay with this. In fact, those that think we are in a state of moral decay as a nation are labeled as fundamentalist Christian RWNJ's by the hard left.
This nation has never actually had much of a moral compass. If it did, the atrocities committed against certain groups and the subsequent push to prevent them from accessing the equal opportunities would have never occured.
Because the white families that matter have enough culture, class, and education about them, and their kids have actual role models, that they're not so susceptible to this stuff and understand it's entertainment?
Oh, and another issue between stuff like Miley, Beyonce, and other "pop" music and rap/hip hop is that sexuality is not seen as bad or damaging, while violence is?

Every generation has been lambasted from since I can remember I grew up in the 50's and 60's and I'm sure it's been going on since the beginning of time, each generation evolves into something the older generation doesn't like. Oh how my parents ranted about Elvis and rock and roll...fads they said

Do I like Rap..no, do I think MC's performance was trashy..yes but that's my opinion, however, I don't see it as the "moral decay" as some would make it, a poor choice on her part, but moral decay nope. I'll be 63 years old in October and I love some of the modern music but not all of it. Each to their own.
Sex outside of wedlock is not new folks. Family dynamics change all the time, decades ago when we were more ag extended families lived together, sometimes making whole communities in order to better utilize resources (gasp socialistic). Take a look at the history of the clans of the Scots and Welsh and ancient Europe. Often times people cohabitated and had children and would wait years before a circuit preacher could finalize their relationship. Some never bothered.
As a girl I was not allowed to wear pants to school no matter what the weather and I hated it and froze walking to and from sometimes. Now days there is much freedom to wear what makes one comfortable and I'm all for that. Sneaks, T's and jeans for me...no more dresses/skirts/nylons/pantie hose EVER YIPPIE. I found the 50's and 60's stifling as a girl and young woman.

I do think some white kids are losing their own identity, seems they've become followers and not many leaders. I think it looks silly seeing white kids throwing up the same hand gestures as black people, white kids need to get their own message, listen to more positive music. Where do you think the people that use Hollywood come from? Hollywood is full of your mid west/heartland/southern/Nashville parents that drag their minor children there to make it big in the biz.
Take a stroll around the Oakwood apartments in Studio City sometime and see the all the nice small town church going people there taking their kids on auditions, trying to make them into "stars". It's obvious by now what happens to these kids when they come of age and aren't cute anymore - but they don't care. They want little Suzie to be in the Mickey Mouse Club, or the next Dakota Fanning, no thought for their actual well being and that statistical likelihood that they're more likely to become Lindsay Lohan than Justin Timberlake.
Hollywood is not the problem. Using your children for fame and money is. Then the poor kids get hung out to dry when they can't handle the transition.
None of the people everyone lists as a problem - with the exception of the the Kardashians - were actually born in Hollywood or anywhere near it.

Tina and other vets had actual talent... Adele has talent, even the first idol winner Kelly Clarkson has talent.
These new artist can't actually sing or hold a note so they have to run around and distract these kids. It's programming at it's finest. Get Disney kids to connect with these young white kids and then turn them out once they hit 13 to 14.
