I hope peace can be achieved and the Russians are to be commended for their role. Unfortunately I think Obama will claim credit for diffusing the situation even though he created it in the first place by running his ghetto mouth the way he did with Trayvon and Gates and everything else. Regardless Obozo is an embarrassment and is the worst president to ever inhabit the White House even worse than Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter, even more cowardly and socialist than those two.

Bengazi Barry still looks like a liar and a weak president. There is no "win" for him unless he got congressional approval for an attack. Anything less and he loses.

The surrendering of Syria’s chemical weapons would not only critically set back rhetorical arguments being made to justify war with the nation, but would also preempt future false flag operationsin the works. Perhaps fearing war was not possible, just such a false flag appears to have been exposed by Russia’s English language news service, RT. RT claims sources have discovered a plot by terrorists to carry out a chemical weapons attack on Israel from government controlled areas within Syria for the sole purpose of framing the Syrian government and provoking an Israeli retaliation.
Well, yes our government lies to us a lot (especially under Obama we have seen it happen many times)...
So when the government said today that Kerry's words were rhetorical it could very well be just another Obama lie.
However, why did the State Dept. Official say that they would pursue a military strike anyways even if the chemical weapons were turned over?
We cannot help with the little voices you hear in your head. So what did you "hear" the reason for striking would be if the chemical weapons are turned over

I saw Newt Gingrich on the TV today. He is a more level-headed realist than the contributors from the right. He remarked that if Obama is able to pull off Assad turning over his chemical weapons to international control then Obama would be entitled to a victory lap. Well of course he would. It would go down as a masterstroke.
