Putin has also requested that the US and Syria sit down and talk it out.

It really looks like the world is upside down here.
The US is war mongering and ready to push the button just like North Korea and here's Russia offering several avenues to avoid a war.

My these changing times.

From what I am reading now, Syria is folding when Russians agreed with Kerry that Syria should turn over the WMDs.

This is off-topic anyway, don't know why you brought it up in the first place.
I didn't! You brought it up saying those were lies....I never read anything disputing those claims. Have you?

I have seen videos and read accounts from credible sources saying Saddam did indeed do many horrible things like that.

Kerry said he wasn't serious about that. But, if Syria goes along with the idea, then its over for US hopes to get involved, at least for now. The UN is already jumping on the idea. Everyone but Obama is looking for a way out.

Putin is really deserving the Noble Peace Prize. Obama got it unfair.

Default Syria: It looks like Barry might be off the hook

Syria's foreign minister says his country welcomes Russia's proposal for it to place its chemical weapons under international control and then dismantle them quickly to avert U.S. strikes.

It would be nice if we didn't need to start WWIII for him to save face.

Naw, randomly bombing some Syrian military installations and government facilities while being careful to not directly attack chemical weapons stores themselves so we don't create an evironmental holocaust is clearly the best way to get rid of Syrian chemical weapons and save innocent civilians. Mr. Kerry and Obama said so.

To think Putin of all people is the voice of reason on this issue!! Somebody stop the madmen in Washington!!!!!
