None of this would have happened if Clinton and Kofi would have actually done what they were supposed to do in the late 90's with regards to Iraq.
Pretty amazing that we're more than likely going to war for a second time over the same batch of chemical weapons.
How can we be so sure about who's using chemical weapons? The "Rebels" have committed some horrific acts (that we know of), so who knows what's what over there? It's counter-intellectual to me that with the eyes of the world upon him & the West just looking for a reason to attack, that Assad would use chemical weapons. I'm sure Assad is familiar with Saddam Hussein & how that worked out for him.
Also, now there are claims that we somehow lost track of the WMD's in Syria? We have the most advanced surveillance technology in the history of the world. Syria's been under our microscope for years. We have satellites, GPS, spy planes, access to phone/email, drones, CIA operatives on at least their Eastern & Western borders (more likely people high up in the Syrian Govt/Military) & somehow we lost track of all the WMD'S? Hard to believe.
