Why the hypocrisy?
Liberals and Muslims (like the Nazis before them) are uncomfortable allies. Liberalism and Islam recognize Christianity/Judaism, Western culture, the middle class, the concept of individual liberties to be common "enemies" which need to be defeated initially to achieve thier agendas.

Like the Nazis, their Muslim allies, and the Japanese, liberalism and Islam figure they can sort things out after thier mutual enemies are defeated.

Liberals are totalitarians who oppose individual liberties and the rights of the citizen, relative to the state. It is shocking that they do not recognize that they are not "progressive", but are regressive totalitarians who oppose the inherent and obvious rights of all men- freedom and personal liberty.

Aside from that, I have not seen, read, or heard a majority of "liberals" proclaim that gun owners should be condemned. For starters, I understand that many "liberals" are gun owners themselves.

Secondly, there is a fundamental difference between condemning a entire demographic and condemning a tool. You know, one is human, the other is not. What I have seen is that some "liberals" do the latter - they argue that guns are a problem, not that gun owners are. They argue that guns ought to be restricted, not that gun owners should be profiled while they run their daily activities.

I also do understand that many conservative gun owners seemingly perceive such an attack regardless of what is said - that's why there is the distinction of "responsible gun owner." One of the short-comings of this perception is, of course, that a gun owner MUST be a conservative...

In other words, this is nothing but whining for whining's sake.

Most liberals are Christian, and many are gun owners.
(There are a few liberal republicans left too - those who are not given up on the party, even though it has strayed from its more liberal roots of equality and liberty for all, not just a select few)
