Page 4 has says this...

At least 12 locations are portrayed in the publicly available videos, and a sampling of those videos confirmed that some were shot at the general times and locations described in the footage.

We assess the Syrian opposition does not have the capability to fabricate all of the videos, physical symptoms verified by medical personnel and NGOs, and other information associated with this chemical attack.

Who puts that in an official statement? 'We have video evidence - and we think the opposition doesn't have the capability to fake the videos.'

No one has yet to say why Assad would specifically gas these people at this point in time? Presumably you would deploy such a weapon to gain some sort of strategic advantage. Am I being unreasonable in asking this question?

They absolutely have the capability to fake them. It's been done many times before.
