Obama administration had restrictions on NSA reversed in 2011...

The Constitution means absolutely nothing to Obama and his administration.

Now you know why he got so pissed off that Snowden decided to tell all.

So if he eased the restrictions then why did he just appoint his close buddies to form a task force on restricting them ?

Maybe they will be like the jobs council..appointed publicly but never meet or do anything.
