Gosh I feel so vulnerable knowing the FBI is limited in its ability to spy on me.

If the FBI director can't manage his organization within a budget...replace him with someone who can. You know...just like private industry does. The taxpayer's funds are not limitless.

The FBI is not a "private industry" and it is ludicrous to suggest it be run like one.

It's far more ludicrous to suggest that they get unlimited funding based on the whim of the director. They need to be able to operate within a budget...like all competently managed organizations do. So he didn't get as big an increase in his budget as he would have liked? Can't expand his little fifedom as much as desired? Cry me a river bud.
