It would take more than one mayor for that to happen. NYC wasn't even like Detroit in the '70s. For New York to turn into Detroit you'd need a half century of decline.

The failure here is entirely yours.
Na the failure is you buddy, copying and pasting someone's words while changing a few things does not make you smart, witty, or very interesting it makes you look lazy that you couldn't type anything on your own. It's also a rather pathetic way of mocking someone perhaps you should learn better before doing such a thing.

no. it's called conserving, vs. spending "liberally." do you know why more conservatives have more money? hint, they don't spend like a drunk mother at a toy store.

You sure about that ? Who was the last conservative in office who bankrupted the country with 2 wars and tax breaks while at the same time expanding on welfare and making it easier for people to get loans people who never should have been allowed to get them in first place. The last "conservative" in office spent like a drunken sailor yet where were all the bs budget hawks then ? And the only cons with money are those who generally got the money from family or had the luxury of attending good schools. Are you wealthy ?

what an odd statement. bush is a politician, and I would not give money to him. you also might want to check your facts about making it easy to get loans. google "community reinvestment act." I am stockpiling wealth, yes. buying up real estate, and maxing out my 401k. I also make extra payments on my mortgage to get out of their debt faster.
