Wonder if o will accept the Senate version and sign it with no House approval?

What's to stop him?

It's time for those 175 GOP House members to stand up and be heard.
So why doesn't Boehner bring it to the floor and end this nonsense?

You are aware that every president has the ability to use executive orders, this isn't something new that Obama made up because he wanted to be a "dictator."

Obama RULES by Executive Order.

Like all dictators, he doesn't consult the legislative branch. And he lectures the judiciary.

Boehner should just put the senate bill up for a vote. It would garner 3/4ths majority.

As you say - there are 233 Republicans in the House. Some say there are 17 of the Tea-Jadists, Arsonists, Anarchists, Extremists ..... as demonized by Media, Pelosi, Reid, Obama - in order. You say there are 25 of these "extremist" types - Math would indicate that over 200 Republicans can out-vote the "extremists" ....... so why haven't they?

They don't even need to Democrats to pass this CR that will cave in to Harry (I will not negotiate) Reid and (I will not even talk to Republicans) Obama.

This appears to be a done deal now. Good Job and no Shut-down. Everyone can relax and breath a sigh of relief for surviving yet another Crisis du Jour.
