What about the millions in the USA that are mislabeled as subcontractors?
Do they get a paid vacation?

What about the farmers and ranchers? Do they get a paid vacation?

Or is this only for those that are abused by FICA?

Why have a vacation when the government taxes us so much there is no money left to go anywhere? Those of us who pay taxes work many months as government slaves before any of our income can belong to us.

I said 4 weeks. I like to work hard, but life is about more than work. Time with family is what makes all that hard work worth it. I don't think it needs to be a hard and fast legal requirement, but I think 4 weeks is a good cultural goal. How they fund it will vary from case to case.

I'll go for 52. That's why I've chosen retirement as my profession.

How many do you give your employees?

For one its up to the employer and employee to work out and two mandated leave laws just drive wages lower.
