They are the majority in power, they are not holding the country, it is the Republicans who are upset they are not getting their way.

WHO was it that should have presented a workable budget to Congress IN February? OBAMA
WHO was it that finally presented a budget several weeks late? OBAMA
WHO was it that presented a budget that his own party would not vote for? OBAMA
WHO was it that refused to present another budget, forcing the Government to run on Continuing Resolutions ever since? OBAMA
WHO was it that said, in this latest round of childishness, "I will not negotiate!" OBAMA, REID
WHO is it that apparently does not know the meaning of "compromise"? OBAMA, REID

WHO was it that should have presented a workable budget to Congress, way back about February?

I will give one clue: It was NOT a repugnican!
Yes, the repugnicans are partially to blame.
However, many of us assign at least 2/3 of the blame to two men, neither of which are repugnicans!
Your "who" questions are totally bogus. No wonder you sighed...I would too if I had to keep repeating falsehoods. What a nice, neat, sanatized narrative you have concocted for yourself.

Look it up

WHO was it that should have presented a workable budget to Congress ON TIME? OBAMA

It set that aside for negotiation. The Democrats threw out the rest because that wasn't included. The Republicans are playing politics but there are also significant problems with the ACA that should be improved. The Democrats are playing politics by not acknowledging the problems because they're set on pushing through their signature legislation. I guess they did acknowldege it to some point by picking and choosing who had to live by it and who didn't, which is further politics with it. If you aren't able to see where both sides have a role, then you become part of the partisan problem. Compromise involves both sides, not just complaining that the other side won't do what you want.

They are not the majority in the House which is where spending bills originate according to the Constitution.

GOP and fake tea party (which= Koch bros and billionaires) have a twisted misconception of middle America.

Ted Cruz was just a paid shill, his wife connected to Goldmansux, not that its a surprise. They do NOT represent the interests of anyone but the 1%.

Isnt everyone tired of a spiraling economy, decimation of middle class way of life, controlled by 40 billionaires and their corps ?

No more so than the Democrats are doing it. Its like 2 rival gangs in a turf war. They don't care about the civilians caught in their crossfire.
Those who give the Dems the free pass only do so because the Dems are their party. Free thinkers can see that both parties are playing the same game and for the same reason. It is all about establishing dominance over the other and has nothing to do with what is good for the nation.
Both have it within their power to end the standoff.

Do you seriously believe that the Democrats are not also connected to "the 1%?"

The Republicans represent their constituent. Democracy without the protection of minority rights is mob rule.
