Why would anyone but a liberal be excited by this? This is Potemkin Village stuff. The Obama administration has created unbelievable regulatory hurdles for the business community. All they are doing is trimming back some of the harm that they themselves have created. It's good PR, but hardly enough to get the economy going and win him a second term.

No, I am sure this is just a knee jerk reaction to some polls and most liberals still don't really care.

Cutting red tape? Would that consist of hiring a boat load of new IRS employees to enforce the ridiculous Obamacare regs or crushing the coal industry with excessive EPA regs? Is that the sort of thing they're talking about? I love how the lefties get excited by another smokecreen from the Liar In Chief....

Not where it counts. They are creating an unprecedented amount of rules and regulations, killing jobs on the way.

Oh, never mind. If the WH says it, you can be sure it's a lie;

Quote:
Months of work aimed at slashing red tape imposed by agencies across the federal government are culminating Tuesday as the Obama administration releases its final regulatory reform plans that officials say will save businesses $10 billion over five years.
This...as business continue to tell this administration they are killing jobs.

See, that's the difference between liberals and conservatives. Liberals understand that both sides want to improve the country, we just disagree on what approach to take. Conservatives think liberals are trying to destroy the country.
