Contemptuous of anyone who does not support him
Hyper-sensitive to criticism
Feels entitled to things he hasn't earned
Lacks empathy or a willingness to consider others' perspectives/detached
Constantly blames others when his agenda is thwarted
Projects his own flaws/negative traits onto the other person(s)
Inflexible authoritarian
Carefully guards how he appears to others
Twists facts to create his own reality
It is usually a very bad idea to have someone like this in a position of power!
