I'm sure he didn't read the bill. Probably thought that people could keep their insurance and doctors if they wanted to, at that time. Fast forward, finding out that a lot will not be keeping their insurance or doctors. No politician will backup and admit they were wrong.
I agree he didn't read the bill. But that doesn't really tell us whether he lied.
I believe someone in his administration read the bill; in fact, they probably wrote it. He knew what he was saying wasn't true. It's just not possible to believe otherwise.

You know it's illegal to lie to a federal official, state official, even local police.
But for the most powerful person on the planet (The POTUS)... Ahhh, not so much.
Arrest Him, Try Him, and when found guilty, due to OVERWHELMING PROOF...
