It's not clear from the article if the baby was delivered prematurely (no such claim is made) or if she started labor and it was decided Caesarean was the best option due to to her mental condition.

There is really no difference between this and the state telling a mother she has to carry to term regardless of whether she wants the baby.

It is a patently obvious connection to someone not obsessed with being the state morality police.
