Bombshell on Benghazi: Look who's coming to terror

American envoy Chris Stevens paid with his life in Benghazi after he tried to retrieve U.S. weapons given to the al-Qaeda terrorist network, a new report says.

James and JoAnne Moriarty, two Americans serving on a non-governmental organization fact-finding mission, told the Voice of Russia that Stevens initially transferred weapons, including surface-to-air missiles, to radical Islamists in Libya to help overthrow dictator Moammar Gaddafi.

All of that I can see taking place. The taking over two north African strategic locations in Egypt and Libya, and then going after Syria - not saying it is true, but it is within the realm of possible reality.

Like we been saying all along. Nobody cares anymore. They don't care about Stevens or Syria and now are trying to morph away from the obamacare debacle. The media now runs the country full of idiots...........propaganda is the ultimate weapon the communists have always known that. They are winning.

You mean Benghazi was not your normal state department office and Stevens was doing other than helping out with passports, I'm in shock that this was such a dangerous place.

Several of us CD posters came to that conclusion just days after the attack. I believe KUChief25, HappyTexan and myself were the first.

Yup and we were the ones called names because we didn't "baaa" with the rest of them

Covert operation gone bad.
One can never have allies in the ME for long.

And I still believe they captured Stevens and subjected him to torture.

This, to me, is basically stating the obvious. More problematic is that so many liberals defy logic in their own minds by refusing to believe that the CIA was involved in the Benghazi episode.....AND its resulting cover-up. All in an effort protect Barack Hussein Obama.

It's as clear as the grass is green. But yet in the diseased mind of a liberal, it's all about Republicans being on a "witch hunt" instead of acknowledging the massive failure of the United States Government.

No idea if this is a true account or not- the source is kinda "out there". But I don't doubt there was some kind of CIA skulduggery afoot that night.

Which is obviously why the Obama admin can't talk about it. Which also exposes the hypocrites on the GOP. The Intel Committies KNOW this was a blown CIA op-, and must remain secret. And McConnell and Boehner undoubtedly know the details... Yet they insist they are going to get to the bottom of the "cover-up". Pure, rank, political opportunism by the GOP, exploiting a wartime tragedy for short-term politics.
