It appears that he isn't going to let Washington forget him as he said there was a good possibility that he will remain in Washington. Some excuse about school and how his daughters will determine where they live. Maybe he will open an office and be a consultant to the next president? After all, he knows how to destroy.................I mean, ruin.....................I mean RUN a country.
Well, Washington IS a sh**hole, so he certainly would fit right in.
It's a shame that some of his supporters will still fawn over him. I look at him and think "god, what a pocket of stupidity."
No, that is the point. You will not be able to forget him. You will have Obamacare, immigration reform, politics at the highest levels open to African Americans and other minorities, banking and investment will never be the same. Election campaigns have become high tech affairs where the electorate is sliced, diced, and pitched. He has put his stamp on America and it is indelible.
Like a skid mark that you can't wash out no matter how many times you try.

Whatever, when people look back 10, 20, 50 years from now Obama will always stand out as a President who changed the course of the nation, one who made a difference, one you don't forget. If history judges him kindly, and that is the pattern as time passes, he may well end up on US currency (or Mt. Rushmore?) Lots of folks hated Jefferson back in his day too.
