Your half right..... you cant take something under consideration that doesnt exist.... not to mention the fact that rear ending accidents would sky rocket. Again , did the framers believe men who like to have sex with other men , needed special rights? It doesnt appear so. Who are we to argue.

let's face it many gays are not tolerant of free speech based on belief unless its their belief.They think they can control beliefs by not allowing them to be expressed freely.Its called suppression of free speech; plain and simple.

The Bible says that homosexuality is a sin. Robertson believes in the Bible.
Robertson thinks that black people weren't unhappy prior to civil rights.
People throw around bigotry too easily. Being a bigot doesn't mean "someone with views different from my own".
Bigot: a person who hates or refuses to accept the members of a particular group
Robertson: "We never, ever judge someone on who's going to heaven, hell. That's the Almighty's job. We just love 'em, give 'em the good news about Jesus - whether they're homosexuals, drunks, terrorists. We let God sort 'em out later."
That is the polar opposite of refusing to accept or hating members of a particular group. He says specifically it's not for him to judge.
The only bigotry on display here is yours and people like you, who knee-jerk condemn someone without taking the time or effort to understand what they said.
He lumps gay and lesbian people in with drunks and terrorists and you think he is not 'judging' them?
If heterosexual ritual sex acts used while worshipping pagan fertility gods is a sin, does that mean heterosexuality is a sin too?
