I agree. A person is either born male or female. And that is determined by biology, not what one decides to be. I've really had enough of these perverts inflicting themselves on our society. More and more each year, they force their perverted lives into every aspect of society, even into the television shows we are offered. Is it any wonder that a show like Duck Dynasty is so popular? There is a huge demand for wholesome family oriented shows that do not insult our intelligence, and ridicule our religious beliefs.

so the NJ state senate votes to make a LIE official

FACT: what every gender (x or y chrome) you are BORN WITH, you will still be even after a 'transfromation' operation

by printing a new BC...they would be OFFICIALLY LYING ....and certainly open up they state and the person to law suits

why would the state want to be part of "perpetuating a fraud"??

its more like committing a fraud

lets use a 'real life example':

chastity bono is born a female....x-chrome.........BC states female

she has an operation and is now Chaz bono

state gives a new BC stating 'Male'.....yet "Chaz" is still x-chrome (no operation changes that fact)

state just committed a fraud

This is going to make it tough on heterosexuals who think they are dating and marrying the opposite sex.
When it comes time to start a family is NOT the time to come clean.

A doctor classifies by anatomy and not by chromosomes. A transgender person has extra chromosome of the other side that the anatomy doesnt match.

Transgender deserve to be who they are a birth certificate represent who they truly are.

I understand the ignorance on the matter and two things imo would help proper classifications.

When a child is born a DNA test should be performed easy to do a cotton swap of the mouth or blood sample.
Let the test determine. If it appears x chromosome with boy parts or Y chromosome with female parts then
have the birth certificate and future drivers license reflect that by putting down
Trans Female or Trans Male.

I hope this law in New Jersey is a approved and other states follow.

It's not fraud when the law is changed to make it legal.

The government can legislate illegal to legal in the swipe of a pen.
