That would seem weird, being a lot of the US folk are Christian. It's pretty obvious in the Bible that God hates divorce. In fact, there's not very many reasons you can even get one.

Divorce is a sin. So people who get divorced should be banned from getting married again. Also people who lie, since that is a sin, should never be allowed to have a civil marriage. In fact anyone who has ever sinned should be barred from marriage.

Wow that is a lot of hate in two sentences. You sir are definitely trying to get into heaven by spreading gods hatred ain't ya. Of course your hands can remain clean, as your can take the cop out of blaming god for your hate, you are just the messenger, right?
