A better idea would be to completely abolish the death penalty, because no government can ever be trusted to use it without abusing it.

Utah whacks them with a firing squad. Nothing wrong with it. Think of your progressive Washington state. Hanging is still a legal form of execution there.

I don't care what Utah or Washington has on the books. I was asked about firing squads and I gave my opinion. And that's a big fat NO.

Im far more worried about some gun nut than my own government. How many federal agents have shot up movie theaters lately?

Why not ? If there is someone in jail that has been convicted for murder , and the evidence is there 500% clearly showing the person intentionally killed someone , then yes im all for it.
