Because Democrats have shown they're willing to work (way more often) as a team and for the good of the country and a smoother flow in Congress. Look it up. As opposed to this group of Republicans that put party first and want to sink the country, as opposed to helping it, so Obama's 2 terms can look like failures in the eyes of those that only watch Fox News.

Democrat's biggest fault is that they are willing to look at an issue from more than one side. You are also wrong about who blindly follows, there are many more college degrees among Democratic voters, and every survey ever done has shown that the higher a person's education, the more research they do into the issues. You may wish to check with some of the fact check websites that are not affiliated with either party. Republicans have blocked hundreds of bills, to the point of surpassing every other Congress in history for the number of filibusters and threats of filibuster (which also require paperwork), including 18 last session just blocking Veterans' benefits, primarily because they were unwilling to pass anything that did not include eliminating the health care act. Those that Democrats did not pass in the Senate, the only place Democrats can win, were those that involved Republican efforts to undo the health care act. Since the Republican House passed that bill into law two years ago, it seemed foolish for Democrats or Republicans, for that matter, to revisit the topic. 95% of Republican bills in the last year involved ending or putting off the health care law. By the way, if you all had any sense, you'd get online and take care of your own health care needs and that of your children, before making comments that do nothing but show how ignorant you all are. You may also wish to pay attention to what is being said within your own party. Mr. Boehner has decided now that fighting everything and saying NO to every bill is not getting the party anywhere. You are just making fools of yourselves with the name-calling and pointing at Mr. Reid because everything you have said is incorrect. Do some research, read something other than TV guide, listen to news other than FOX. The Tea Party has done nothing but bring the Republican party down so far that Congress has a single-digit approval rating. The solution is not to place blame at the feet of the Democrats, but to accept responsibility and place it where it belongs. Instead of pointing, take a page out of Ronald Reagan's book. He worked very closely with Democrats, just look at what he and Tip O'Neill accomplished by working across the aisle, not trying to trip those on the other side. According to the claims of the teabaggers about what a good Republican must be, every good Republican in history from Reagan back to Lincoln would have been chased out of the party, as the teabaggers have chased out every reasonable Republican of the last 5 yrs.

Did Democrats, tie ending the Iraq War, to 95% of the bills that W and the Republicans introduced when he was POTUS?

Thanks for sharing this massive wall of text. I almost stopped reading when I got to the line about having a college degree equating to not blindly following the herd, but I pushed through. At the point where you stated that everyone should take care of their own healthcare needs, though, I realized that you haven't been paying attention to recent political conversations. At that point, I realized that nothing in this post was worth reading.

So things would improve because the GOP is too stupid and insane to do anything with other people?

TL;DR Summary: "I wanna lambaste Republicans and praise Democrats, and really haven't a clue, so I'll just type away merrily for a while and then stop."
