That's because it doesn't take ANY imagination to know that legalizing pot IS the best "solution" for society.
"Crime" WOULD be greatly reduced, considering that all the so called criminals (people who relax after a day at work with a joint) would no longer be committing a crime.

I am happy to pay for law enforcement, when I know it is done to ensure domestic tranqulity (like the Constitution calls for). The people in prison are not innocent. They chose to violate the law, and they are paying the price for it. Changing sentencing guidelines for drug offenders could be reviewed, but in the light of the what happend in Holland, legalization of drugs gets a "NO WAY" from this citizen.
It's laughable that you consider "domestic tranquility" to be threatened by marijuana...Do you not understand?...Do you fail to listen?..
Do you really think that prescription drugs and alcohol aren't to blame for domestic violence?
The only thing accomplished by jailing a working man/woman who smokes a little pot occasionally to relax after work, is that the breadwinner in the family can no longer provide, so the govt needs to.
Ask any cop who he feels most threatened by...a gentle, relaxed, happy pot smoker, or an insolent, violent, unpredictable drunk.

Still more ridiculous calls to legalize yet another intoxicant.

And spare me the propaganda about how harmless it is.

Burnouts ignore the facts that it is chock full of carcinogens, can cause emphysema, COPD, can contribute to heart disease and may cause psychosis.

Do you have any concept of time or history?

Marijuana has NEVER been illegal on this Earth except from 1937-2013-that is less than 1% of the time of its known existence and acceptance by every documented human civilization in history.

Slimy Corporate Suits, Puppet Politicians and Propagandists were the reason the very useful hemp plant was banned for the first time in history in 1937 and these people that you so blindly follow continue to be obstructionist to any progession in our evolution as humans.

It's safe to say that that little experiment on outlawing a plant and imprisoning people for growing or consuming it has been an absolutely dismal failure for society.

You, T310 and Finn are most obviously on the wrong side of history, but I'm willing to bet that people like you would accept your circumstances and laws in society no matter what time period you were born into. Not a great way to live IMO.

Shopping was easy when most food came from farms. Now, factory-made foods have made chemical additives a significant part of our diet.

In general, it's best to avoid the following ingredients.
 • Sodium nitrite
 • Saccharin, Aspartame, Acesulfame-K
 • Caffeine
 • Olestra
 • Food Dyes
And don't forget to cut back on sugar and salt, which cause more harm than all the other additives combined.

Might want to double check your outdated "facts."

Couldn't rep you, but you are indeed correct.

Might want to rethink that propaganda.

Long-term effects

Main articles: Long-term effects of cannabis and Cannabis dependence
Exposure to marijuana has biologically-based physical, mental, behavioral and social health consequences and is "associated with diseases of the liver (particularly with co-existing hepatitis C), lungs, heart, and vasculature" according to a 2013 literature review by Gordon and colleagues.[1]
Cannabis use disorder is defined in the fifth revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) as a condition requiring treatment.[1] Several drugs have been investigated in an attempt to ameliorate the symptoms of cannabis withdrawal. Such drugs include bupropion, divalproex, nefazodone, lofexidine, and dronabinol. Of these, dronabinol has proven the most effective.

The indoctrinated Anti-Hemp people are lucky they were born during the astronomically small time frame that marijuana has been illegal.

But even luckier for us, they will still be around when it is completely legalized again. What will they do then?
